Dave's success in Real Estate can be attributed to his building of long term client relationships.  The high majority of Dave's business is referrals from past clients - naturally if past clients are happy with previous service and results they pass on their recommendation to family, friends and colleagues. 

Having always been a high achiever with over 20 years in middle distance running, Dave won national titles over 1500 metres and road racing events, represented New Zealand on many occasions and when he retired from athletics, he transferred that energy into Real Estate sales and over the last 8 years being one of the top performers in Canterbury, has just completed another record year.
